TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and participation in Opex Fusion events (“Event”), operated by Adapteve s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Registration & Payment

All registrations must be completed via our online booking system.

• Payment is required in full at the time of registration
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• We accept major credit and debit cards

Your registration is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Pricing

Ticket prices are displayed on our website and may change over time based on availability or pricing phases.

Once a ticket is purchased, the price paid is final and will not be adjusted.

Cancellations & Refunds

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

However:

• Ticket transfers to another individual within the same organization may be permitted with prior notice
• Any transfer requests must be submitted in advance of the Event

We reserve the right to review and approve all transfer requests.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the Event, including:

• Agenda modifications
• Speaker changes
• Session formats
• Venue adjustments

Such changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control or to improve the Event experience.

These changes do not entitle participants to refunds.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled or postponed:

• We will communicate updates promptly
• Tickets may be transferred to a future edition of the Event

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel or accommodation.

Code of Conduct

Opex Fusion is designed as a professional environment for meaningful exchange.

By attending, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with other participants
• Avoid disruptive, inappropriate, or promotional behavior
• Respect the integrity of the Event experience

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these principles without refund.

Use of Media

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Event may be photographed, recorded, or filmed
• Your image, voice, or likeness may be used for promotional, marketing, or content purposes

This includes use across digital platforms, media channels, and post-event materials.

Intellectual Property

All Event content, including presentations, materials, and recordings, remains the property of Opex Fusion or the respective speakers.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use Event content without prior written permission.

Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data for Event-related purposes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the Event

Participants attend at their own risk.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Strikes or disruptions
• Public health events

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
