Clym has worked in the energy industry since 2007. Through a long-standing passion for improving decision-making, his career has evolved from solving technical challenges as a consultant to leading people-focused Operational Excellence programmes. He currently leads the Operational Excellence function within Vattenfall’s Offshore Wind business, helping align teams, systems, and leadership to improve performance while supporting the transition to renewable energy. Drawing on Lean, Agile, Design Thinking, and Organisational Psychology, Clym focuses on building resilient organisations that deliver better outcomes for both the business and its people. Originally from the UK, he has been based in the Netherlands since 2016.
