With a background in Industrial Engineering, Lean Management, and Business Administration across Germany and the United States, he has built a career spanning operational leadership, industrial engineering, and enterprise transformation. His experience includes roles as Plant Manager, Director of Industrial Engineering, Head of Business Excellence, and Management Consultant to the Siemens Executive Board across multiple Siemens divisions.

Beyond Siemens, he contributes to shaping the future of manufacturing as a member of the World Economic Forum’s Advisory Council for Advanced Manufacturing, Founder and Chairman of the ESTAINIUM Association, and Non-Executive Independent Director at EGLA.
